At United by Sobriety, we take pride in the quality of our premium headwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition, with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@unitedbysobriety.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Approval: Once we approve your request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the items.
- Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days].
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you ordered the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@unitedbysobriety.com and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items (unless they are defective)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@unitedbysobriety.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is posted.
