At United by Sobriety, we are committed to delivering your premium headwear in a timely and efficient manner. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how we handle and process orders.

1. Order Processing Time

We currently do not offer international shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays. If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@unitedbysobriety.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

United by Sobriety is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@unitedbysobriety.com before your order is shipped.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
